Bow Positioning? Most bows can be worn on either side of the head. But some items need to be worn on a particular side or it would look upside down. (Such as an ice cream cone clip). If a bow or clip has a particular orientation, there will be an option in the pull-down menu for either standard right or left. Most often items are worn on the standard right (if you're standing in front of your daughter, it will be on your right, her left). Bows can be clipped to hair, ponytails, hair bands, hats, or placed on cakes, etc..
Color Quandary? If you are unsure about the color of a ribbon, send me a stamped, self-addressed envelope with a note requesting color(s) for a particular item, and I'll mail you a snippet of that ribbon. Or, you can mail me a swatch of your fabric, and I'll match the ribbon color for you.
Non-Slip Pads on Clips? If your child has SUPER fine hair, order the clip with non-slip pad on the pull-down menu. (Order the clip from the pull-down menu for all other types of hair.) Go to the Bow Sizes page for other information about clips, hair bands, and so on.
